Came here on a Saturday for brunch with a group of 6 and the brunch was great. Service could be slow at times but the food was great. I think their IT system had issues or there was a special but our bills were less than the prices in the menu! We enjoyed our experience at Earls!

Very lively and a must visit place if you are in the sherway area. I had family dinner on Friday. Early reservation is highly recommended for Friday and Saturday, parking is challenging around the vicinity, you just have to be patient enough to get your spot. Very courteous table service. Cherise, the waitress, made our experience more enjoyable. Black truffle cream tortellini, Wagyu and sushi, strawberry hibiscus mule is recommended.

recently visited Earls and was genuinely impressed with both the food and the overall experience. I ordered the steak and pasta, and both were spot on! The steak was cooked perfectly to my request – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It had a beautiful sear on the outside and was seasoned just right. You can tell they use quality cuts, and the presentation was elegant without being over-the-top. The pasta was equally delicious. I had pasta and it was creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. The portion was generous and satisfying without being overwhelming. Service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was stylish yet comfortable – perfect for both a casual dinner or a special night out. Definitely recommend Earls if you’re craving a good steak or pasta dish. It hits the spot every time.

Last night’s dinner at Earls was nothing short of phenomenal—and I don’t say that lightly. From the moment we walked in, the place was stunning. Every inch of the space was thoughtfully designed, with an atmosphere that instantly made you feel like something special was about to happen. We were a group of three—my girlfriend, my uncle visiting from Newfoundland (who knows the chef, Derek), and myself, celebrating my birthday. And let me tell you... it turned out to be one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Let’s talk food first. • My girlfriend started with the buffalo wings and followed it up with the seafood platter—fresh oysters, shrimp, lobster tail, sushi rolls, and ahi tuna. She finished strong with the pecan pie, and every bite was a win. • My uncle went with the clam chowder to start, then a perfectly cooked steak dinner with crispy shoestring potatoes and buttery mushrooms. His dessert? Cheesecake, rich and balanced. • As for me, I decided to hand the reins over to our server—Rowan—and told him, “I’m a blue-collar guy, I like to eat, just no seafood ’cause I’m helping my girlfriend with hers.” I didn’t want to know what he picked until it hit the table. What did he bring me? • A crab cake appetizer that was golden, crisp, and packed with flavor. • Then came fall-off-the-bone ribs and juicy chicken over a bed of creamy corn, bacon, and potato hash, with coleslaw on the side. • And for dessert? Chocolate caramel bread pudding with a birthday candle and all—hands down, the best dessert I’ve had in years. But what made the night unforgettable wasn’t just the food—it was Rowan. He was the best server I’ve ever had. Full stop. From the moment he greeted us, he wore a genuine smile, read the table perfectly, and absolutely nailed every suggestion and detail. He listened, delivered, and made the night feel personal and effortless. That’s rare. And just when I thought they couldn’t top it... they walked around offering complimentary pizza while we waited. Are you kidding me? ⸻ Final verdict: If you’re looking for incredible food, a next-level dining experience, and service that makes you feel like royalty, go to Earls. Ask for Rowan. And if the kitchen’s lucky enough to have Derek cooking that night? You’re in for something special. 10/10. I’ll be back.

This was so great! My sister Mackenzie and I had a wonderful time, served by the stunning Yasmin. She was so kind and very helpful with suggestions and making sure we had no allergies. Service was fast! The food was exquisite and fairly priced. Highly recommend the pizza margherita, and the steak sushi (salmon aburi). She kindly reminded us of happy hour last call. We also edited our reservation because we were running a bit late, staff were helpful, quick, and kind. Such a wonderful time and we were not rushed out when it got busy. Thank you Jasmin at Earls Sherway!

We had a great lunch experience from having the sea food tower to our meals. We enjoyed the crab cakes and wings. Overall everything was great however the only hiccup was when my colleague wanted white wine and they didn’t have the 3 kinds that the waiter suggested. Finally they brought a glass of white wine that he liked. Thank you

Visited the North Queen Earls - Sherway location and had a great experience. The service and food were good and everything was pretty well seasoned/flavoured. They have multiple locations throughout Canada so a very convenient spot to frequent. This location was spacious and modern which I think complimented their food menu. We ordered the steak frites, ube chilled noodles with ahi tuna, calamari, queen bee and margherita pizza. Overall, I would revisit and love to try the many offerings.

I might think of this place as a charming bistro, and while the food truly hit the spot, it was the warm, friendly service that really stole the show. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready with a smile and eager to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality elevated the meal from ordinary to exceptional. It’s a cozy spot where every aspect—from the cuisine to the customer care—comes together to create a memorable experience. I can definitely see myself coming back for both the food and the inviting atmosphere.
